Raspberry x 'Ohio's Treasure': Black Raspberries on New and Older Canes

Ohio's Treasure carries glossy deep black raspberries with a full aroma. Unlike conventional summer-bearing black raspberries, it can produce fruit on both first-year and second-year canes.

Plant Characteristics:

• Height: 100-125 cm
• Spread: 100-125 cm
• Flower Colour: White
• Flowering Period: Spring
• Foliage: Green
• Sunlight Requirements: Full Sun
• Soil Requirements: Moist to Average Soil; Well-Drained Soil

Uses and Benefits: Useful for fresh eating, pies and preserves where a richly coloured raspberry is wanted across an extended season. The dark berries add distinction to a mixed fruit planting.

Care Instructions: Preserve healthy cane growth if both crops are desired, removing only spent or damaged sections. Keep the row supported and airy, and maintain fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture during fruiting.
