Shiro is a heavy-bearing plum with medium-sized yellow fruit and a mild, sweet flavour. Its juicy July crop adds a bright early harvest to the orchard.

Plant Characteristics:

• Height: 6-7 m
• Spread: 5-6 m
• Flower Colour: White

Uses and Benefits: Choose it for fresh summer plums and everyday kitchen use. The yellow skins offer a clear colour contrast when grown with red or purple-fruited selections.
