Plum x 'Ozark Premier': Large Red Plums with a Gentle Tartness

Ozark Premier develops exceptionally large, bright red plums with a semi-freestone character and a slightly tart flavour. The generous crop generally matures from early to mid-August.

Plant Characteristics:

• Height: 5-6 m

• Flower Colour: White
• Flowering Period: Early Spring
• Foliage: Green
• Sunlight Requirements: Full Sun
• Soil Requirements: Moist to Average Soil; Well-Drained Soil

Uses and Benefits: Enjoy the fruit fresh or use it in cooked plum dishes. The large size makes a substantial harvest possible from a relatively modest number of fruits.
