Cherry-Plum x 'Manor'

Cherry-Plum x 'Manor': Small Dark Fruit with Rich Cherry-Plum Flavour

Manor is a productive cherry-plum shrub with small fruit that becomes deep purple at maturity. Its sweet, juicy flesh brings the appeal of orchard fruit into a comparatively compact planting.

Plant Characteristics:

• Height: 1.5 m
• Spread: 1.5 m
• Flower Colour: White
• Flowering Period: May
• Foliage: Green
• Sunlight Requirements: Full Sun
• Soil Requirements: Well-Drained Soil

Uses and Benefits: Enjoy the ripe fruit fresh or turn it into jam and preserves. A paired planting with another compatible cherry-plum can make a useful small fruit garden.

Care Instructions: Manor needs a compatible cherry-plum or Canada plum flowering at the same time. Plant in full sun with good drainage, maintain moisture while fruit develops and harvest once the dark skins and flavour are fully developed.
